Document Scanning
Document scanning is a key component of a complete document processing solution.
We offer customized document scanning solutions based on state of the art scanning and document processing technologies.

The scanning typically takes place on premise, onshore.
Paper documents are converted to digital images electronically cleaned (contrast, skewing, despeckling, etc…) and prepared for the next stage: data Capture.

Data Capture and Processing
The document images resulting from the scanning phase are electronically recognized as much as possible.
Intelligent technologies such as OCR (Optical Character Recognition), ICR (Intelligent Character Recognition) and Forms Recognition convert as much information as possible without human intervention, including handwritten and printed text, images, barcodes, tick boxes and more. Documents that can not be automatically captured and indexed (or electronically indexed documents that do not meet a preset confidence level) are transferred to our processing centers for manual capture, indexing or control, if necessary in one of the many languages we support.
All manual and electronic capture processes are backed by rigorous quality assurance processes, custom-built on a project-by-project basis.
