Conectys has developed ValueScan to assist you in the identification of cost saving or value-added opportunities through Outsourcing.

Our consultants will work with your management to scan your Business Processes for Value Creation, through a carefully designed methodology based on interview and brainstorming sessions.
Upon completion of the ValueScan cycle, you will receive a detailed report with Value Creation opportunities and associated Cost Savings or Value Creation estimates.

There is no obligation to proceed with Conectys should you choose to implement the recommendations.
We will however subtract 50% of the price of ValueScan from subsequent business should you choose to implement one of the opportunities identified with us.
