Conectys signs Multiyear Technical Helpdesk contract with innovative GPS software vendor

September 01, 2006 - Conectys, the leader in Multilingual Business Process Outsourcing and Contact Center Services, today announced it was awarded a multilingual technical support contract in the High Tech industry sector

Conectys today announced the signing of a Multi Year High Tech Industry Outsourcing contract for the provision of multilingual Technical Helpdesk services with one of the leading mapping, direction and GPS navigation services providers.

Conectys’ services are provided through an innovative combination of Conectys’ Multilingual Shared Services platform and dedicated multilingual support engineers in order to achieve maximum service availability and product knowledge.

Conectys was awarded the contract after a thorough testing of multiple possible service providers and was selected mainly due the flexibility shown in configuring the ideal solution for the customer. Other factors in Conectys’ favour were Conectys’ proven track record in supporting High Tech industry players in both B2B and B2C support scenarios and the ability to offer current and future services in a wide range of languages and at exceptional value for money.

The Service starts in two languages (Italian and English) and will be expanded over the duration of the contract to all major European languages. This agreement strongly establishes Conectys as an expert in the High Tech Technical Support services industry.
