As a customer support specialist you will be in charge of…

- Offering post sales support for those customers that are using automotive products
- Resolving effectively and timely the incoming incidents to build customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Offering quick and to the point solutions to customers, based on an in-house developed knowledgebase and on all relevant provided documentation
- Striving for one-call resolution of customer issues
